Kaylee Cozy cardigan

I originally found one of these cardigans at one of the discount stores (Ross or TJ Maxx) last year and purchased it as a gift for my mom. She absolutely loved it. It quickly became her favorite piece of clothing because of how soft, warm, and cozy it is, and she wears it all of the time. She’s also lent it to friends she was with when they were cold, and they fell in love with it too and wanted to know where to get one of their own.

Prior to today, these cardigans were nowhere to be found online. I looked everywhere, as did my mom’s friends. As a last resort, I emailed the company late at night on Black Friday with low expectations for a response and even lower expectations for any real help. To my surprise, I received a response Monday morning asking for a picture to see what they could do. After sending the pictures, they quickly responded letting me know they were bringing the product back this year and would have it online and ready to order within a week. Today they emailed to let me know I can now place an order, and I immediately ordered 2 more for my mom plus 2 for her friends. Then I received an email from customer service letting me know they’ll ship out shortly.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the quality of the product and the amazing customer service definitely deserved one.
